Soon after Simon City formed more greaser gangs formed in the neighborhood like the Jokers that started in the same year.  As more greaser clubs started Simon City found themselves fighting more of them establishing themselves as the toughest outfit in the area.  By 1959, Puerto Rican gangs began moving into the area and Simon City especially fought with those gangs.
